It's for sale 7k , located in Great Falls MT, could be delivered to Salt Lake or Denver for 700-800$.

Correct , that's how it should be interpreted. It was bought with Prinoth Trooper and Patrol in 2009.

12k load that axels could take since trailer is 4k hence 16k total
So in summary, the tow vehicle needs to support a 3832 lb. tongue weight in order to utilize the trailer to it's max GVWR rating of 16,000 lbs. since the GAWR is 6084 x 2.

There's only three places the weight can go:
Axle #1 - 6084 lbs.
Axle #2 - 6084 lbs.
Tow vehicle - 3832 lbs.
Total = 16,000 lbs

If you can't see me, I'm scratching my head.

Your LMC or my ex Prinoth 8200 lbs were perfect for it. I think 10k load is would be fine for it
