Great idea!
Some suggest leaving it on all year. I have issues with that. Number one being noon should be with the sun at apex in the sky.
One cannot reset a sun dial.
Frankly, I always thought it a confusing, and very expensive, bad idea.
Twice a year we fool, ourselves by changing the hours of the day foreword, or backward. Then spend two weeks getting our bodies settled in the new time.
For what????
It's a Nixon thing. So, I am surprised its annoyance hasn't been eliminated already.
