Not really. It is down from it's high yes, And it went to $100 a share yes,. But that reversed as quickly as it came and now it is over $170 per share.
It will always be more volatile than GM or Ford who remain in the basement. Holding value fairly steady yes, at almost penny stock values under $10.00
My wife Crumpy works at GM. We bought Tesla at $120

Think Apple, Microsoft as this is multi trillion-dollar company still in its genesis.
I was there...
A lot of those prices were probably overvalued and speculative. All one has to do is watch the performance of the company,and avoid the noise. Discipline is what investing is all about.
