We are at the very beginnings of a Commodity Super Boom lasting more than a decade with run away inflation firing it's rockets. Just two weeks ago a grain analyst called for $18-19 bushels of corn, $30 bushels of soybeans, and $42-48 bushels of wheat. That would indicate a 300-400% increase in food prices. Is it possible? Are we really on a brink of a massive wave higher in food prices? What does that mean for farmers?

Prices on all other food have skyrocketed, fuel, metals and lumber prices are climbing daily, no reason to believe that crop prices won't also rise.

Right on target, the interest rate can not rise or we can't service out debt, The fed has to keep rates down, say good by to making any interest money on your retirement. With all the spending and printing the only place inflation can go is commodities.
