While this makes me mad, what I really want to see is prosecutions of the BUREAUCRATS and GUBMINT WERKERS in Minnesota for, 1) creating laws that allow this, 2) not enforcing laws that prevent this, and 3) used these lax laws to personally benefit from the fraud.
