Selling Aircraft plans

I have for sale an original set of blueprints, CD and small aircraft rule (metal thickness use mainly).

My ambition to build and fly has been cut short and these unused and unregistered plans (with the manufacturer) are up for grabs. These are in Europe and weight a good amount. There are many pages of blueprints in them.

The aircraft is a Mustang II by Mustang Aeronautics and I have purchased all the options, folding wing and wet wing (fuel tank in wing). I also have a book written for the Mustang II by Kent Paser entiteld, Speed with Economy. I wish to keep this a complete package.

Any interest out there?

I'm not a flyer so I have no specific interest, but I do have a question (actually a 3 part question).

Are these plans approved by the FAA here in the US as a personal aircraft, or would they fall under the experimental (ultralight) regulations, or are they European Union legal only?
 
Mustang II

Neat little bird. Experimantal certificate, legal in the US. Not many people scratch build from plans any more, though. Just too big of a project without structure. Might be a good place to start before you buy the kit, though.
