A nice tool of the site/application is that you can get an e-mail notification of anything that's been filed under a name. I signed up awhile back and sure enough, today I got a notification. My notification is under my name but there's another person in my county with the same name. Just comforting to check to make sure something wasn't fraudulently posted to my deeds or whatever.
