Personally i don't see what he did wrong. it was for his own use on his own property. Aside from a noise ordinance violation and possibly something for causing a public disturbance (for causing the alert at the Nuke plant) i don't see how this guy earned 3 felonies.

It needs to be pointed out that Tannerite is a legal consumer explosive available to anyone here in the US. It is essentially nothing more than FIREWORKS in some states, but I believe is legal to own/use in all 50 states.

This guy has had some other problems too. Brian Childs It looks to me like they will hit him with just about anything they can whether the Tannerite was legal or not. Actually I think this was posted here once before a while back but I can't find where. I think I even posted it as it hit the news pretty good around here being only 40 miles from Red Wing
