Kristi KT-3 Track Repair Help

We are thinking of selling our very nice, original KT-3 but need to do some minor repairs first. The tracks are in nice shape except the clips/connectors on a few of them are getting pretty sparse. They look to me like they are made of paper clips, not at all like the heavy duty alligator style on the Trackmaster or LMC. Any suggestions for the best fix?

The outer floating belts on my KT3 use a “rat bite” lacing that can probably be sourced through a Flexco distributor. These are lighter duty than the inner drive belt connectors, which are Flexco interlocking units, which should last the life of the belt. Here is a link to one supplier: https://beltsmart.com/products/

These can be purchased as repair kits or by the set. Yes, they are installed individually and yours can probably be threaded through existing holes. Might require a specialty tool to crimp, but there is usually a workaround. Mine look like this. Notice the long, short, long pattern. Have only worked on agricultural belts, but would seem pretty much the same. A pin slips through to make the connection. Note the foreground ones are stainless while those in the back steel.
