Marine Scientist Peter Ridd says the IPCC report on climate change is “not really a proper scientific document”. “There is very little that’s different from previous ones, but the big thing is that it’s one-sided and it presents no contradictory evidence to what they want. “Essentially, it’s like there’s a trial of carbon dioxide for crimes against humanity, but there’s only the prosecution case. Mr Ridd argues “the whole thing is not a proper scientific document, totally unbalanced, they just skirt over the fact that carbon dioxide is the second most important thing for plants next to water.”
