how did you find FF??

just curious and making conversation.......

me ...well....i had been part of a few forums here in the UK when my feathers were ruffled...i had helped be part of some ventures and they become a success and the others involved turned it in to a money making scheme...i at this stage walked and decided to look for a more international forum with varied views and the most random interests.

well fuck me did i find the best forum on the web or what...built by a team with a attitude anything goes as long as you do not in anyway go out to offend anyone from any walk of life on purpose.

FF for me works because people care.....i see that from my first time visiting hence i am still here....the forums i was part creator of are now dead....they grew quick but with the greed they failed quicker than a part on Rusty's car:yum::yum::yum:...the people that stick around are good honest folk that just take the time to share their views and to try in some way to bring a smile on what could be a dull ordinary day.

So on that note i would like to thank Doc and the team...past and present...and wish all of the FF family a Merry Christmas.

fuck i nearly wrote a book:yum::yum::yum:

BCZOOM sent me here.:hammer::hammer:My life ain't been the same since.:whistling:Hope that sucker likes all the snow he will be hitting today on his way home.:yum::yum: I warned him, which is more than he did for me.:w00t2:

Good thread topic Galvy. :thumb:

I found this site from Doc's other site NTT & joined here shortly after. After joining here I noticed several members here that misteriously came up missing at another forum I belonged to for quite awhile. :whistling:

That said, I have belonged to a couple of dozen forums over the years because I was mostly looking for help or information but I find this more like home and very seldom do I visit any others. I still ask the same stupid questions from time to tim,e and this place seems to have people with knowledge of just about anything that interests me & much more willing to share their knowledge without making one feel like they are being talked down to. Thats perty hard to find anywhere on the internet these days IMO. :smile:

I also would like to thank Doc and the staff, as well as all of the members here for making a great place to visit and learn from others. FF is #1 IMO. :beer:

I was invited here by Junkman way, way back in the beginning when we were all escaping the clutches of the tyranny on "that other site".

I was in Net Cooking Talk (my real passion) and Doc asked me to come over. I actually waited about 4 months of reading before I actually joined and posted.

Same story here, even to "that other site" being the same place! :hammer:

Only difference, melensdad told me where all the good folks moved.

Jim

I'd been looking in before deciding to join for a while, Jim.
I didn't have a clue what a snowcat was, but then noticed it seemed a fun place to spend time on with so many different forums.
After seeing how friendly you all were- well...
:D
You're all like my extended family now in a very real way.

i heard you were in the software and Doc never found a way to remove the glitch as you were a pain in the arse that in twisted ways we all become to love:thumb:

a glitch i endorse due to your English links:brows:

Looking for a Zip line Forum and found you guys by sheer good luck.
Decided to just hang it here.

Proving the old axiom;
Common sense ain't common:wink:

This was the only place that didn't permanently ban me as the other sites did (bunch of ass holes), so I stuck around even after being temporarily banned a couple of times.:yum: I have no socially redeeming qualities, and like it that way.

i can understand that...i cant understand how i have not been banned or in fact ejected from our galaxy for 1 billion years:yum::yum::yum:

Jev you are one of the members i love to pop in a see....honest and direct from the heart you are...and i love it...do it more often:wink:
