A long time family friend's family is in mourning. First I'll explain the background relationship. My mother grew up with this lady as her best friend and later worked with her. She had 3 daughters all about my age. One was in my class in grade school. They have all grown up with kids of their own. The oldest of the 3 girls had a son who was the father of 2 and 4 year old boys. They had a house fire this week with a bad ending. The oldest son had burns on his arms but made it out. The 2 year old wasn't so lucky. They found his charred remains after the fire was extinguished.
