A few of my recent interactions:
Karcher - The pressure washer company. Had a couple parts go bad (out of warranty) but once I gave them product details, they sent me replacement parts at no cost.
AgriCover - Tonneau covers and other truck accessories. I have a tri-fold cover on my truck. The vinyl between one of the panels started to sag due to glue failure. I contacted them to ask what kind of glue I should use to fix it. Instead, they sent me a whole new tonneau cover.
