The primary qualifications for becoming a snowcat driver are a valid driver's license, snowcat driving experience, and excellent physical fitness.

Now while I agree that driving a Frandee frequently will make ones arms resemble Popeye's post spinach, I kinda wonder where they got the "excellent physical fitness" part from.
 
That is funny.

Same reason truck drivers have 2 year physicals. Cpap machine its every year.

My cdl physical guy even states there are components of neck girth and blood pressure. That he could fail someone on.
