What should be done to stop this from happening to anyone else? We know who did it, why they did it, how they did it. What is going to stop it from happening again?

The Durham report is nothing more than an "official account" of what most Americans already knew.

We are compacted to be a self governing population. The only people who have the power to do something about this are the legal, registered, voters. That system has also been corrupted and undercut by politicians and their media co-conspirators.

Like the Colonist of 1776, most of the population is not concerned enough to right thwrongs. I took asmall percentage ( less than 15%) to do the needed deeds. They did so at risk of losing their livelihood.

They did so at risk of death.

They did so with their own firearms.

They did so despite resistance from their go along to get along neighbors and friends.

Are we coming to that?

maybe.

They just fired the IRS team that blew the whistle on the Biden corruption. The Dims are plying for keeps, while Blinkin blows of a congressional subpoena and the Repubs do nothing. They arrested Bannan and Navarro at there homes for the same thing. The repubs are either complicit or have no balls, either way nothing is going to happen.

The whistleblowers were out of a job a few days ago. Four of them have already been question before congress. The democrats they are traitors instead of whistleblowers. The Hunter investigation has been cancelled. Wonder what it takes to wake the people up?

Where did you get thse numbers?

Civil war affected, and demanded active involvement by a considerable number, more than 3% most assuredly.

As for our revolution, that is arguable. John Adans was contemporary and made estimates that differ.
It is impossible to know the exact number of American colonists who favored or opposed independence. For years it was widely believed that one third favored the Revolution, one third opposed it, and one third were undecided. This stems from an estimate made by John Adams in his personal writings in 1815.

At any rate, that percentage or participants has little to do with my point. The fact is we now have only a small parentage of people who give a damn about the corruption and sleave that has destroyed out nation, and many, many more who either don't give a shit or who actively support the politics to fundamentally change our nation.

About 2.5 million citizens at the start of the war
totally from beginning to end 231,000 participated thats a little less than 10%
but at any one time there were never more than 48,000, that is less than 3%

Again, my point;

Based on your numbers, less than 9 million Americans could topple our government. Or restore it.

So, I would also ask, how many radical left Democrats are there working at government offices', and radical active leftist, today?

I would suggest American patriots may outnumber them; however, we are in real danger.
