Did LeBron James threaten Ohio police officer via Twitter?

Certainly not any way to create racial harmony.

Certainly not anything other than fanning the flames of a racial divide.

No facts presented by Mr James.

Is this just a not so veiled threat?

I don't know the facts of the case but it is my understanding that the girl with the knife is the one who called the police, at least based on a few posts I've seen. I also gather she is a foster child based on some of the stories. This is certainly tragic regardless of the facts but if she is attacking another girl when the police roll up the police have very little choice. Using a taser (less than lethal weapon) against someone who is using a lethal weapon is not in the training manuals. Tasers have something like a 40% failure rate. Got to think a gun was the only viable option?

LeBron James Tweets Image Of Columbus Cop, Threatens "You're Next"

If you need to know the facts surrounding the death of knife-wielding 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant in Ohio, it's all detailed here.
Of course, knowing the facts is racist and assuming the only reason that the police officer "murdered" this "peaceful" teen was "systemic racism" is how we are being trained to think... and that appears to have triggered wannabe social-justice-warrior (and basketball player) LeBron James who tweeted an image of the suspected police officer (CNN reported him as Nicholas Reardon) in the incident to his millions of Twitter followers... with the threat "you're next".
James clearly got told, presumably by his lawyers (or Jack Dorsey or quite frankly, any sane rational human being) to take that down and just 20 minutes later, the basketball star deleted this disgusting tweet.
Dear Twitter, how does this not violate your "community standards" in multiple ways?

First of all, that teen was hardly being peaceful. She was using a knife for crying out loud. The police officer had every right to take action.
Now I suppose since the events of yesterday's verdict, every black person involved with a white cop is going to have a black celebrity crowing about justice.

Noted liberal Democrat lawyer stands up against mob tactics in the Minnesota case, have to wonder what he will d=say about this case in Columbus.

Lawyer Dershowitz says Congresswoman Waters used KKK tactics to intimidate Chauvin trial jury

"The Klan would march outside of courthouses and threaten all kinds of reprisals," Dershowitz said.

Lawyer and political pundit Alan Dershowitz on Tuesday accused California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters of having tried to use Ku Klux Klan tactics to intimidate jurors in the Derek Chauvin murder trial.
Dershowitz made the comparison in a TV interview on Newsmax in response to Waters urging demonstrators in Minnesota on Saturday to "get more confrontational," if the jurors did not convict Chauvin, the ex-Minneapolis police officer, for killing George Floyd ...
"The Klan would march outside of courthouses and threaten all kinds of reprisals if the jury ever dared convict a white person or acquit a black person," Dershowitz said, according to Business Insider. "Her message was clearly intended to get to the jury: 'If you will acquit or if you find the charge less than murder, we will burn down your buildings. We will burn down your businesses. We will attack you.' " Dershowitz said of the California congresswoman's comments.
So now we come to Columbus, OH where a teen with a knife was shot and killed. Have to wonder how this will play out. Will the community split? Some siding with the police because at least one girl was not stabbed? Or will this be another reason to blame police?

The girl with the knife was the supposed victim here. She is a foster child, 15 or 16 years old. The other girls, apparently 3 or 4 of them confronted her. Not sure if they are foster siblings or if they came to the house?

The 10-second clip begins with the officer getting out of his car at a house where police had been dispatched after someone called 911 saying they were being physically threatened, Interim Police Chief Michael Woods said at the news conference. The officer takes a few steps toward a group of people in the driveway when the girl, who was Black, starts swinging a knife wildly at another girl or woman, who falls backward. The officer shouts several times to get down.
The girl with the knife then charges at another girl or woman who is pinned against a car.
From a few feet away, with people on either side of him, the officer fires four shots, and the teen slumps to the ground. A black-handled blade similar to a kitchen knife or steak knife lies on the sidewalk next to her.
A man immediately yells at the officer, “You didn’t have to shoot her! She’s just a kid, man!”
The officer responds, “She had a knife. She just went at her.”
The race of the officer wasn't clear.
The girl was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said. It remains unclear if anyone else was injured.
Police did not identify the girl or her age Tuesday. One family member said she was 15, while another said she was 16.
The shooting happened minutes before the verdict in the killing of George Floyd was announced. Protesters who had gathered peacefully after that verdict to call for police reform and accountability quickly shifted their focus to the killing of the girl. The crowd of about 100 could be heard chanting outside police headquarters as city officials offered their condolences to the family and acknowledged the rarity of showing bodycam footage so soon after a police shooting.
Woods said state law allows police to use deadly force to protect themselves or others, and investigators will determine whether this shooting was such an instance.
Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther mourned the loss of the young victim but defended the officer's use of deadly force.
“We know based on this footage the officer took action to protect another young girl in our community," he told reporters.
Meanwhile, outside the briefing, hundreds of protesters pushed past barriers outside police headquarters and approached officers as city officials were showing the bodycam video inside. Many chanted, “Say her name!” While others signified the victim’s age by yelling, “she was just a kid!” Officers with bicycles pushed protesters back and threatened to deploy pepper spray on the crowd.
