Compelling - woke - Theme Trend of Movies and Entertainment

It seems that most of the movies and 'Made for TV' films these days have some trending themes that actually disgust me. Maybe I'm too 'Old-School' for modern times but it's often difficult to find any good entertainment nowadays that doesn't try to make deviant behavior appear to be normal. The teasers often look to be enticing to click the PLAY NOW button but soon we get into the core of the story and typically find:

• Frequent F-U dialogue
• Major character who is (gay / trans / drag) and accepted as usual, common, typical behavior
• At least one mandatory bathroom pissing scene
• Mandatory diversity represented specifically to balance out to de-emphasize caucasians in the cast
• Children living in 'normal' homes of mixed marriages and/or bi-couples
• Children with 'normal' behavior of vulgar language and sexual situations
• At least one clergy or other person of faith who is evil and/or insane
• Several digs or snide references to those with a sense of morality
• Illicit drug and/or alcohol/ mushrooms, etc. usage accepted by most characters

A typical entertainment experience with liberal overtones

I've gone to watching the old b&w classics that were directed before Clark Gable said "Frankly my dear ..."

-- If you look at the background you will see bi-gay-whatever couples walking and holding hands in crowds, down the streets, as neighbors, etc. in what is supposed to be a 'family' show.
-- Rainbows seem to show up on random t-shirts, umbrellas, store signs, etc

There are lots of subtle little things that you can notice scattered into the newer episodes and movies. Especially the backgrounds of Disney and Netflix. It is the SEXUALIZATION that bothers me. Kids shows should not be sexualized. But they are often the worst of the worst. Some of the independent children's shows are the worst of the worst.

As our foster son is bi-racial and my wife and I are pretty much lily white of European backgrounds, its actually sort of nice to see some normalization of the racial components where a there is more integration of mixed race couples, playing of mixed race children, etc in episodes and movies of MODERN times . . . but when race is inappropriately added into a historical genre it just seems contrived and dumb. For example mixing in an educated black slave as a trusted advisor on a show featuring English royalty or ancient Scottish tribesmen.

When I canceled Netflix it went like this,
I want to cancel
Got transferred to someone that was suppose to talk me out of it
Hello sir why are we cancelling
I’m tired of watching gay shit on all your programs and I’m not gay and don’t want to pay for that.
Then tried offering incentives to stay
Stop wasting my time just cancel it. And that’s how I freed myself.
