Coming fuel shortages coming to ca, az and nm

Today I talked with a bulk fuel supplier near me as I want to buy some off road red diesel for the equipment both on the mountain and here on the property. We started talking about the refineries shutting down here due to the state environmental policies and receiving it by ship he said there is a big problem that will show its ugly head after the refineries shutter.
The problem is that the only place to off load the ships is in Richmond Ca. They can only unload 4 ships at a time, and that’s not enough volume to keep ca, nv and az supplied

and Davis video on trucking in commiforinia that want to restrict owner operators / independent truckers contracting with larger bigger business which they guys could be used to move fuel but NO impossible to meet restrictions by commiforinia.

 
sounds like cali's decades-long war on oil is coming home to roost.

sucks that their commie, illiterate policies are going to affect the good folks of AZ and NV.
