The actual buy is for the civilian side but includes a $400 million sideways chunk of defense...

I think Obama will rubber stamp this.

I'm sure the chinese will supply good pay & benefits untill they are no longer needed stateside.

I was a ramp rat at Elliott Beechcraft weekends when going to school. Uncle had a retractable he leased back to a training school. Never killed anybody but it's third crash was into a house & the fire badly burned the pilot. Uncles insurance carrier said no more rental hours & unc gave up owning.
