The reactors in this generation plant are of European design. They are unique, no others like it have been built, as problems in China with these reactors lead to this type of reactor being delayed in Europe. China has such a record of failed safety measures this could develop into an international incident.

Allowing China to do anything that is remotely dangerous like bio-weapon research or nuclear power is like giving a box full of loaded guns to a group of teenage chimpanzees.

They don't even remotely care about safety or the impact of their actions on others over there.
