What is happening to them now is there demographic has changed and they are struggling to design there way out of it, with there loyal customers getting to old to ride. They need a design change without becoming something completely different. They have there work cut out for them.In the US market the HD is the most popular large bike. Although their market share has been slipping, they were, and still remain, the biggest seller of large displacement motorcycles in the US.
