Bowe Bergdahl Verdict - Dersertion

Kane

After months of stonewalling, word has it that Bergdahl is to be charged with DESERTION. And THIS is the man Obama traded for five Al Qaeda generals. I wonder if Obama will announce the desertion verdict with another celebration in the Rose Garden with Bowe's father, Taliban Bob.

How embarrassing for America. How dangerous for America. The terrorists must be LOL.

The Generals who were told to NOT find him guilty of desertion will be fired for not following his orders (Delivered by some underling to avoid a trail back to him). Watch for the next "replacements" to begin to show up. There is a "price to pay" for pissing off the muslim president. Another instance where this numb-nuts has been proven to be incompetent, yet the lefties still love him. Hitler STILL has followers, and I'm sure O'Dummy will as well, long after he's gone.

Col. Tony Shafer was on foxnews tonite and said he's learned there has been a helluva pissin' match between Ben Rhodes in the white house and the pentagon w/ Rhodes and unnamed others in the white house wanting to keep this under wraps and the army and pentagon wants to get it over with so they don't take heat for the delay. It's hard to get the military to dodge the UCMJ. WHY does the white house want to do it???

Under the UCMJ, Misbehavior before the enemy, Article 99, is a capital offense.

“Any member of the armed forces who before or in the presence of the enemy—

(6) quits his place of duty to plunder or pillage;

In my opinion Bergdahl should be looking at the death penalty, and nothing less, and obama should be looking at treason charges for giving aid and comfort to the enemy by releasing 5 high ranking taliban terrorists.

Let's not forget all the good men that were killed going out looking for this piece of shit. Here they are:

Staff Sergeant Clayton Bowen, 29, of San Antonio, Texas, and Private 1st Class Morris Walker, 23, of Chapel Hill, N.C., were killed by a roadside bomb in Paktika province on Aug. 18, 2009, while trying to find Bergdahl. Like Bergdahl, they were part of the 4th BCT from Fort Richardson.

Staff Sergeant Kurt Curtiss, 27, of Murray, Utah, died Aug. 26 in Paktika Province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when he was shot while his unit was supporting Afghan security forces during an enemy attack. Like Bergdahl, Bowen and Walker, he was part of the 4th BCT.

2nd Lieutenant Darryn Andrews, 34 , of Dallas, Texas, died Sept. 4 in Paktika Province when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device and a rocket-propelled grenade. Like Bergdahl, Bowen, Walker and Curtiss, Andrews was part of the 4th BCT.

Staff Sergeant Michael Murphrey, 25, of Snyder, Texas, died Sept. 6 in Paktika province after being wounded by an IED. Like Bergdahl, Bowen, Walker, Curtiss and Andrews, Murphrey was part of the 4th BCT.

On Sept. 4, 2009, Private 1st Class Matthew Martinek,20 , of DeKalb, Ill., was seriously wounded in Paktika province when Taliban forces attacked his vehicle with an improvided explosive device, a rocket-propelled grenade and small-arms fire. He died on 11 Sept.

Just heard a press briefing by Adm. Kirby and he says no charges against Bergdahl. So if what Col. Shafer heard is true, the pissin' match continues. I'm wondering if it will continue for 2 more yrs??

Another of Barry's puppets. This is the same guy John McCain called an idiot back in October when he carried Obama's water when McCain said ISIS was winning and we were losing. This is Obama using another puppet to keep the deserter from the hangin' tree or life behind bars. Muslim POS...both of them.

Here's the latest from Col. Shafer:

Ex-military intel officer says White House delaying announcement of Bergdahl desertion charge

A former military intelligence officer claimed Tuesday that the White House was delaying the announcement of its decision to file desertion charges against Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who was released by Taliban-aligned militants last year in exchange for five Guantanamo prisoners.

In defending claims he originally made Monday on "The O'Reilly Factor" that Bergdahl would be charged, retired Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer told Bill O'Reilly that there was "no doubt" the White House was dragging out its decision.

That accusation had resulted in a strong denial from the Pentagon earlier in the day.

"They said there's no time limit on this decision. (Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm. John) Kirby even said there's no pressure ... Of course, the moment you say that, there's pressure," said Shaffer, who works at the London Center for Policy Research. "What they didn't say was more compelling than their denial."

Shaffer, who believes the White House's alleged decision to delay its announcement is politically motivated, added that he stands by "all of those facts," referring to his report on Monday that Bergdahl's lawyer has been given a statement of charges.

It takes a lot of paperwork to drag a retired officer such as Tony Shaffer back onto active duty just for a minor disciplinary
action, which is the worst they could do. Thus, he has nothing to fear if he contradicts someone several pay grades senior to him.
Which is probably making Adm. Kirby a really unhappy camper.

Unless the Oval Office announces a full pardon I'll bet on a charge of desertion, but the death penalty will be off the table.
He'd probably end up with the old "six, six, and a kick"; six months confinement, six months hard labor, and a
dishonorable discharge. But ... keep your eyes open for that Presidential Pardon!

This nightmare called the obama administration has to come to an end. God damn republicans have to impeach this POS now. He has damaged this country enough. When are the politicians and the people going to wake up and realize that he is nothing more than a fucking traitor and should be in prison. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

:hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer::hammer: Ralph Peters: Obama Admin "Pressuring The Army To Whitewash" Bergdahl Fiasco

LT. COL. RALPH PETERS: What we have here is very, very clear, it's damnably clear that the White House which doesn't understand why this is a big deal. I mean, he just deserted, right?Wouldn't anybody do that? And they just want to protect the president. And they are pressuring the Army, pressuring the Army to whitewash this. And they don't understand that for the military, those who went before, retirees like me, those on active duty, this is a powerful matter, as you heard from the young soldier, of precedent and principle.

If you let Bergdahl walk -- it's not about this pathetic little creep, Bergdahl, it's about the principle -- if you let him walk with full pay and benefits and a promotion despite overwhelming evidence that he deserted his post in wartime, you make it virtually impossible to prosecute future deserters. Now, in the Army, I'm sure -- the Army's not perfect. You've got some people craven enough and ambitious enough to save to the White House, and I'm sure they are arguing the White House's point, but so far you've got some generals that are showing backbone and saying, no, for the good of the Army, for the good of the military, he has to go through the Article 32 and into court-martial. And the White House is fighting it tooth and nail because they don't give a damn about our military, they just care about this pathetic puss in boots president's reputation.

It would suit Barack Hussein Obama just fine if EVERY service man and service woman walked off to join the Taliban. In fact, it might make him a more affable commander-in-chief and soften his detest for our military.

That detestation is widely reciprocated, you know.

After months of dithering, the Pentagon finally charges Bowe Bergdahl with desertion.

Families of the individuals beheaded by ISIS are set to query Obama. Why did he trade five known terrorists for a deserter, yet did little or nothing to save their loved-ones? WTF?
