Just a thought. If illegals enter texas, they entered just one state and have not committed an interstate crime. If these people are caught before they leave texas, is it not solely up to Texas to decide what happens? Why is Texas abiding the Biden Administration bullshit? If the Texas governor said
ok, this is enough, we need the help of the citizens to secure the border, this shit would stop immediately.

If Texas were ever going to make good on their threats of seceding, this should be the thing that causes it to happen.

Immigration and Customs both fall under the purview of the federal government so the States themselves can't determine policy.

Entering the US illegally is a federal crime. Federal rules apply.

I'm not sure if Texas has any local rules regarding border invading.
