Amazon 2-day delivery now takes a week?!?!?

As a Prime member, they tell me my orders will be delivered in 2 days.
All my orders are now a week or more out.
Anyone else having this?
Trying to fill trucks to the weight limit to reduce fuel costs?

My wife runs into that quite a bit. They need to change the terms and be more honest about it. Not sure how they get away with this deception.

Our amazon prime orders have been pretty much on time if not a day early.

What really ticks me off is when it says it'll be here in 4 days until I actually order it and then it won't be here for 2 weeks !

its a crap shoot here if they deliver it by Amazon van or ups, or fed ex they make it. if they ship it by USPS 2 days become a week at least all mail go's to Harrisburg Pa. the to local post office then to rural post office that's part time.

My issue with amazon is the contracted shippers they use up here. It comes to a central dispatch location through reputable shippers like fed ex or purolator (Up here) then they contract out to fly by night paki companies to make the local deliveries. My package could end up just about anywhere on my fn property. Usually on the front steps but sometimes left outside the house garage entrance which is 100ft away on the opposite side of the house without a man door. Or, it could be left down by my shop 300ft away, or up in a tree ffs. Don't laugh. It's happened.

90% of our orders are filled within 2 days. Usually the exceptions are from some things that are purchased and shipped from private vendors not Amazon.

Most of my orders were delivered in 2 days. It's just been this past couple weeks I've been seeing issues.
Funny part is the order I placed a week ago arrived yesterday ON EASTER?!?!

Mine has been in two or three days. The shocking part to me is the majority of things I get are passed off to the post office for final delivery. I have a big rural mail box and the post person will stuff it full. If it doesn't fit they drive ti down to the house just like UPS would. I ordered a 3 piece suitcase set. One big, medium and a small. biggest is 29"x 15". Post man delivered them. I was shocked. But glad to get my order.

I send stuff to England from time to time.
Doesn't matter how much postage I pay or even if there's a customs label on it.
It takes FOREVER!
Sent a document out on the 20th of last month.
It went from here, to two stops in Michigan, then through China Post and another stop which I don't recall at the moment.
It finally reached Cheltenham, Gloucestershire today.
