One of my Saber fencers is a very talented student in addition to doing a nice job of threatening opponents with a 3' metal stick. She happens to be a student at Lawrence University in Wisconsin and does a lot of stuff with the theatre department.

Lawrence University's Theater of the Air put on some old style radio plays and they are available for your listening pleasure. Free for the listening. Light a fire in the fireplace, dim the lights, suspend your disbelief and enjoy the radio plays.

God darn, that brought back some great memories of pre-television days when we used to huddle around the radio for weekly instalments of various serials.

Being of that era, I was familiar with Asimov's Nightfall but I listened to it all the way through. I don't know how many Asimov novels that I read as a pre-teen and teen. He epitomized science fiction when I was growing up.

I'm saving the other two for future pleasure.

Thank you Bob. That was fun.

We listened to them out by the fire pit while roasting marshmallows.
