43 years

I would say lucky you. However, we both know a relationship that last that long has to be happy love, or it is a jail sentence.
Good for you guys.!!!

Crumpy and I celebrate 57 years this Saturday.
Married in church with a priest and family.
Most of the witnesses are long gone.
She has offered no parole.
No Pardon.
Just the best years I could imagine

43 years ago, my girl and I, and another couple, drove to downtown Chicago and got hitched in the basement of City Hall. They were open back then on Saturdays.
Couldn't be happier.
Congrats.

You got me beat by 3 years.

We celebrated our 40th on May 3rd.

The fact that we are alive to tell stories must mean something?

YIKES. 57.

I hope I live long enough to get to that mark!

Congratulations on your anniversary and I hope you have many more together.

My wife and I just celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary on the 5th May. Being British, I didn't realize the significance of Cinco de Mayo but it's nice to have several million Hispanics, and others, celebrate our anniversary every year ... just not at my house. :)

As per usual, the wife has corrected me. It is only 56 years. However, I included the first year of courting as I was completely smitten and committed.

So 56 years of being wrong and 1 year when you were allowed the occasional win?
Not exactly.

I believe I was seldom wrong. However, I was only occasionally right.
It's a tension that exists in most all relationships.
So, we do our best to work it out.
From time to time, I misstep.
So far, so good.

No matter how many times we're right, it'll be wrong in her eyes. I just walk away.

Wait. You're in a marriage foursome? Sounds complicated.

What if i said the other two were beautiful bi girls and the 4 of us get together every night?
