Just bought this rig, none of the "dash lights" or the switches light up! I am intimidated by the electrical under that console! Fuses are good... Any mechanic/electrical gurus close to the NEK in VT??

When I see a problem like this, the first thing I do is make sure the circuit is grounded. It is because if all
of your switch lighting is not working, and all must have a ground, or none of them will work.
Good place to start, if the bulbs are not just burnt out. Check one of the bulbs and if it works, you have a ground issue.
Ground wires are most likely to the frame of the dash. Easy to find usually.
