Adjusting BR100+ steering levers?

Radiation

New member
My new to me BR100+ seems to have excessive play in the steering levers, they have to be pulled a long way towards you in order to make a turn. Is this an indication that the bands require a reline or is there an adjustment that can be made to shorten the pull?
TIA,
Radiation

Might have air in the lines otherwise tighten the nuts on the brake bands 1/8” turn until they almost drag.

Should be a direct mechanical link. Loosen the jam nuts and tighten down the adjustments nuts as KickerM describes. I just loaned out my Bombi manuals to give you the exact freeplay but as decribed will be close enough. The nuts are on top of the differential at the end of the steering levers.
