There is no way to calculate, or predict what the "mostly peaceful" Transition to the Biden/Harris administration will bring. I have yet to believe one word of President elect Biden's promises.

I predict we will see another major shutdown/lockdown. So last night we bought about $1,000 worth of foodstuffs and supplies.
I' be spending today securing them and other necessary's in safe places. If we are locked down, I want to use the time to get some constructions and remodel work done. So we will be spending some time and money at the Lowe's and Menards.

We are also, after 10 years, getting back into metals. We bought five ounces today. I don't plan to see a major gain there but I have found it to be safe for the long haul to hold some gold.

Cathy is considering dumping stocks and putting the cash into more metal. I want to stay in gold because despite promises for the last 10 years that silver was about to explode, I have seen little of that movement to be true.. Anyone see different?

I have been building stock since right after the election. Food, water, wood pellets, heating oil and Propane are all topped off. Also other things I prefer not to talk about over the internet, but suffice to say I am more than prepared in those areas as well. Law of supply and demand have kept silver from rising, despite all the internet and TV buffoons trying to inflate prices. Yes, demand is up, but supply is too.

Being prepared is a smart decision. Now that it appears that Trump is leaving office, the leftists and the media will need a new target and focus of their wrath and hatred of everything under the sun. That will be us. They are emboldened by the ease in which they stole this election and got away with it with the help of the Republicans. We must be prepared for any eventuality. They will be looking to lock us down under the pretext of COVID1984, suppress us and deny us of our civil rights and freedoms. They want to punish us for our support of Trump. We are heading into times I never thought we would see in this country.

Being prepared also means to prepare yourselves mentally for the eventuality of making some tough decisions. Decisions that could affect your life going forward. I suggest much prayer and reflection as we head into a new era of drastically reduced civil liberties and oppression in this country.

We've bought some silver not on price speculation but that in really tough times when it will take a wheelbarrow load of dollars to buy basic necessities silver will be easier to spend for those. I hope we're right. We have a fair amount of savings in the bank and I'm thinking to take at least 1/2 out in cash in case things start going haywire with the banks.

I bought a 500 gallon mobile diesel tank a few weeks ago. It's currently in Ohio near Toledo.

I have not been able to go get it.

I do have two 30 gallon fuel tanks at work. One has diesel the other gasoline. I have both gas and diesel generators for when the SHTF.

As for tough decisions, now is when to decide what you are willing to do when that happens. Agonizing over a life and death choice, at the moment of occurrence, will likely get you killed.

Yes, pray.
For your country
For your friends
For your family
and most importantly,

For wisdom

I sold my silver off a few months ago when it hit $28.00. I had 1000 oz. that I bought when Obama was elected at $15.00 so I nearly doubled it. I got to thinking that if everything really did go to shit guns and bullets would be the currency that got you anything else and protect what you have.

Gold, guns, and toilet paper. The currency of the 2020's. He who has them will survive.
As for the rest of our future, that will be decided by hutzpah.

It's a shame you lost all your guns in that boating accident.
