Chicago is under a flash flood watch... tornado watch and the damn thunderstorms woke me up! Currently its 53.2F and raining hard. 5 days ago it was -3F!!!!!!!
Ya, freezing rain yesterday, 61f forecast today, snow tomorrow here in St Joe.
Going to ChiTown today. We put off spending the weekend in ChiTown till another time. Got to co mfy at home. So today, we are visiting mom with my kid and his fiance. Then back home to the nest, a fire, and a bottle of wine tonight.

Keep us posted, Little Pirate. I'll bet you're drinking a cup of coffee in your own kitchen in the morning. Just kick back and enjoy the spectacle of one of God's grandest shows. A howling wind and driven rain storm. Listen to the fury of the storm attacking the house. Cuddle up with Gretchen under a warm blanket, look out the window and realize how nice life is when you're safe and warm. I love days like that.
