Flat Panel Monitor ???

Thinking of buying a 19" or 20" flat panel monitor. Any suggestion or models/brands to stay away from? This is the one that I have honed in on, but still haven't decided. I know some brands sell for a lot more, but I haven't been able to figure out what the differance is other than price. This is the other one that I am considering..

The low priced ones break after a time, you pay more for quality.
I have a 4 year or so old Dell one here, and it works like new. It was pretty expensive.
Upstairs we have a dead one, just out of its 1 year warrenty.

More you spend, the better you will get.

I've had good luck with Dell, we have 4 nicely working ones in this house. We also have 2 cheap branded ones, 1 of those is the broken ones.
