I guess he was in a state you can't carry a conceal weapon into a bar. I did find it strange but then I found the fact that several where carrying when Gifford got shot in Arizona and not returned fire unless they was afraid of hitting innocents in the cross fire.
 
probly england.last guy that tried that .the saw whudet start so he poured the gas on them .stoped the thiving pikys laffing at him thow.
