Well I am finally tearing into an old spryte I found up in Montana. Will be posting some pictures soon. Plans are to fabricate full cab, paint and general overhaul of mechanics.
Is it an extended cab spryte? That is, not only a 5-pass but a stretch version of a 5-pass? Boggie and I were looking at one... slipped away though. nice unit. hope you got it to keep it in the forum.
Not sure if it is a stretched version. It currently has a single cab with a bed on the back and full hydraulic setup. I will get some pictures this weekend... (my wife stole my camera)
Anyway here are some pictures. I don't know if this had a stock plow setup or if it was added on later... But it was a stupid design of a mount system. They bolted the the push/pulll to a good place on the frame but the raising and lowering of the plow was all bolted onto the cab of the cat. You can see in the pictures how it completely ripped through the steel framing on the cab and tilted the cab forward!! Nothing a torch and welder can't fix up, but who ever thought of this mounting system wasn't thinking with their head.
