Looks like quite a "FIND". Variety and some unique stuff too.

Yeah... He told me about another really odd one that he'd had sitting there for the last 15 years and just sold it. It was tracked but could also float and had small out riggers with propellors on it..... he'd just sold to a company in Texas.
Wish I'd seen it but I did get to see that weird dump truck one at least.

Great pictures! I don't know if you're lucky or a good hunter, but what a great find. We all like lots of pictures.

Hey guys, take a look at the light orange colored snowcat in picture 3 (rear view), and again in picture 5 (front view). Notice how high the doors are on that unit. I wonder if that was designed as an amphibious unit for both swamp and snow? There are now lower openings visible on that machine and it looks like a crudely shaped boat hull with the tapering on it. Thoughts as to what that could be?

Yes, he told me that that one could float but once it did it only had the tracks spinning in the water to drive it.

That is interesting, there are Swamp Sprytes from Thiokol that do the same, but they are more hydrodynamic than that unit and have an open back to keep the weight down.

The white ambulance is a Bombardier from looking at the front end and tracks...

The strange Yellow whatever boat like is unknown to me and I would like to know more about it.

Are these located in Utah?

Yes these are in Ontario. Toronto to be exact. I was really surprised to stumble across them. He has a big collection and they are all for sale at....

Inland Tracked Equipment
25 Lockport Ave
Toronto, Ontario

ph. 416 239 3050

If you Google Earth it it's actually a couple of buildings east of where it'll take you. You'll know when you see the lot full of orange and yellow rectangles.

I think most of them are Bombardier (excluding the obvious Tucker and Foremost) including the ambulance (which is ex Canadian Military). It was so packed in there with vehicles that it was hard to get an angle to take a picture.

Inland used to asdvertise in the Canadian Equipment Trader. He used to have a bunch of SWD's too. So does anyone know What a Bombardier B7 is or where one is besides the museum?

Ahhhh that is Bruce's place I have been there should have remembered it. that was some years ago maybe 10-15 he had a pile of units back then even
and did not want to get rid of them very much but he must be getting up there now. have bought some parts from him in the past. Nice feller but I think he has German blood in him. real hard to warm up to someone. then he is fine.
