When I was almost killed in 2003 an acquaintance of mine had a friend of hers (who was nearer to the Wall) put a prayer for me in it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Placing_notes_in_the_Western_Wall
On May 22, 2017, Donald Trump became the first sitting U.S. President to visit the Wall; he also inserted a note.

And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you.
Genesis 17:18
But some of these branches from Abraham’s tree—some of the people of Israel—have been broken off. And you Gentiles, who were branches from a wild olive tree, have been grafted in. So now you also receive the blessing God has promised Abraham and his children, sharing in the rich nourishment from the root of God’s special olive tree. But you must not brag about being grafted in to replace the branches that were broken off. You are just a branch, not the root.
Romans 11:17 & 18

Amen Brother, Amen. The power of prayer is NOT to be trifled with. Not sure if that is scriptural, but it applies.

Donald Trump is doing the United States proud, our allies trust him, our enemies fear him. In the short time he has been president he has brought dignity back to the office, if he says he will do something he will do his best to make it so.

Still no wall in his proposed budget but there is a mysterious $2bn for increased border security. That may be his way round it and should be enough to get the project started.

The congress critters have been talking about a wall for a long time with little results, give Donald Trump some time, he is fighting a good fight for what he promised he would do. He has already done a bunch, a lot more than obama did in 8 years (that's positive stuff, not climate change junk, tying up coal and gas production, and screwing with public lands-all stuff that Trump is reversing as we speak). Trump is a business man, he knows that you can't do everything at once, you have to pick your battles. I believe that he will keep chipping away at it til he gets it done, sure some toes are going to get stepped on in the process and not all the changes are going to be popular, but this country has to do something to cut this out of control spending and all the give me programs that are being abused. My 2 cents.

It seems just the fact he's in the oval office has cut down illegal border crossings.
