This is the way I now feel about the Republican party:

(To quote myself) -
I didn't leave the Republican Party, the Republican party left me.
With people like Sen. McCain and Flake (In MY state) I no longer consider myself a party member.
Yes I will remain registered for 2 reasons:
1) Arizona has closed primaries.
2) The general hassle (going to the DMV etc.) of changing parties.

Even our President has to go outside (what should be) "his" party to get things done!

I haven't had much in common with the Republican party since Reagan. I realized it during Bush the younger.

I voted for Trump, but I never considered him a Republican.

I think that most of us favor the republican’s for their pro gun stance not their lack of efficiency in getting stuff done.

So far they don't seem to be up to Trump's standards of job completion or even job initiation.

Yep and John mccain (mister butt hurt) just screwed another attempt to repeal Obamacare. Guess he is just trying to get his licks in before he becomes incapacitated (not that he hasen’t seemed that way for a while)

I think it was the RK UN ambassador that unknowingly paid Trump a compliment by saying he didn't know if he was hearing Reagan in '82 or Trump in '17.

Dragonfly Lady and I registered as Independent's years ago. That keeps us from voting in primaries but it also prevents those nasty "R" and "D" tags after our names!
