Damn it. This sucks.

My son's school was in lock down today due to a nearby incident. They brought in APC's and such. Thankfully, it ended within a few hours.

Our daughter's school was on lock down last week for a threatening message left on a wall

Watching it on Fox News now. They interviewed the Superintendent. He says all schools in Broward County have police present. Shall I assume they were armed but in this day and age that is not an assumption one should make.
