Saw this one on Ebay and thought someone might be interested! Ebay has more, and larger, photos than I posted here.

This Thiokol 1404 Imp was completely refurbished this winter
by a guy in Salt Lake City who has done the same to a number
of these machines; he really knew what he was doing. Thiokol
was a Utah company. Serial number on machine is #161.
This machine has a Ford Industrial V-4 engine rated at 80 hp.
The optimal torque is at 3000 rpm. It runs like a top, and starts
easily even on the coldest days. Burns very little gas, as the
engine is so tiny you wouldn’t believe it.
The machine has a three-speed transmission with a four-speed (C-4)
differential for a total of 12 gears. It will climb up the side of a barn
in the low gears, and it goes like hell in the higher gear combinations.
Everything on this machine is in excellent shape. It has four seats,
fresh paint, remodeled aluminum cab, new exhaust (these are known
for exhaust leaks, and this one doesn’t), new rubber floor, etc., etc.
It’s like a new machine. Awesome!
This is my absolute favorite toy in the barn, but my divorce forces me
to liquidate everything that’s not nailed down. Check my feedback;
never any negatives! Item purchased by "jessieg1986" was a 1979
Thiokol 3700 snowcat. They're still raving about how the machine
is far better than how I had described it.
