Here are a couple more photos of a proto-type Frandee I am guessing.
Not sure what the engine is, my Ford 254 flathead (1950) is different than this one. Any guesses what engine they used here.
The ski is very similar to the one on my Model D.
Those seats do not look very comfortable.
