I am located in Sturgeon Bay WI, just northeast of Green Bay. No big mountains here to drive it, just private land and out on the bay.

Hey neighbor.... just saw this now.... Down in the dells is the AWSC groomer show..... Today..

forest county had snow the other day.

there is a group of snow catters just to your south. and if you are looking for a parts machine rumor has it there is one in casco. Unless that is the one you snagged,

Whoot

Damn I didn't know about the show or I would have gone. I am planning on going to cat cloudier show in the UP this February. Mine did not come from Casco, that is only like 20 miles away from me, give me some time and I will find that parts machine.

Hell if you make it to Kaukauna there is an extended cab 1542 that looks a lot like yours.

Just saying everyone needs parts right?

This is the pontoon with the most work. I have to say that these things have a lot of time and parts in building them back in the day. Planning on have this welded up in a few days.

The one thing that bugs me about this setup is, my tracks have one half link in them and the sprockets are not made to accept that. These are my replacements, the others are junk. I just can not see the half link rolling through the sprocket without damaging the teeth and the top guild, or I am I missing something here??

The sprockets shown are made for the half links. Every time the half link goes over the sprocket, it shifts the rest of the track to the adjacent drive teeth. You get one half the wear than a set up without the half link.

Its been awhile since I have posted, I have been making some progress with this machine but slowly because of work. I did get 2 of the pontoons done I sprayed bed liner on the center and the bottom and just paint on the sides. I mocked up my seat brackets, exhaust, some mirrors and head lights and a step. Now I am tearing it down to just a frame and starting over. Plan is this weekend it will be just a frame and then I can cut the back have off and replace it.
