yeah it is that digestive thing again. Dam near ended up in the hospital again. I stuck it out and started running when I felt the pain coming on. Allowed everything to do it's exodus thing and now have to give the digestive system a rest. Did ok today, had an apple at 3:00pm gave me some trouble, had a small chunk of salmon tonight and it gave me some trouble. At least I can take fluids.
