So I got the cat out this weekend. Started Friday afternoon, three of loaded up and headed for reecer creek. Didn't take hardly any pictures, but we did have a blast. Broke a windsheild and bent a track tensioner, other than that we had an absolute blast.

So then Saturday morning rolled around an I was off and running for fixing the track tensioner, a top link turn buckle for a tractor with some slight mods fixed her right up. Up we go again, didn't get but a mile in and the exhaust started sounding loud, well it broke shortly after right a the manifold. So we cut that short and headed back for the trailer. At 10 that night she was up and ready.

So Sunday morning I call a good buddy of mine that I wheel with, perfect we got a group and were off again. We met up with a bunch of friends and went and played, this where I'm not good at taking pictures so I had to pirate them from my other fourm.

The last picture is some great friends. They broke a front ring and pinion so I hooked them up for the trip out. Kfinney photography is her business, or you can find her on youtube at kfinney80, and on Facebook but not sure how.

Whats happened with the track? Belting?

I had that as well - similar - broke the lacing at the mounting bolts on the sharp turn, still think it wasnt my sharp turning, but the bad job on the lacing... :)

Track was in a slight ditch and I turned left. Might have been a little loose but I think the muddy conditions didn't allow it to slide instead just pulled it off the wheels.

Kirk correct me if I'm wrong isn't that a good indication of a bad torque arm on the front axle I have herd skidozers were known for this, and I believe you had the same problem with your clubs once

Yes Don the front flexators are an issue if they are old and taken a set. It is the reason the track tension should definately be backed off in the off seasons. With the track removed, it is easy to see them toed out from track tension. The front pair are heavier built than the others, and cost more as well. Shouldn't be a problem to check for this condition. It will make it much easier to throw a track if front wheels are toed out.

So. I had grand plans today to take lots of pictures. So I got some but we only made 100 yards.

Geez...you're starting to sound like BigAl.:whistling:

Glad you got it back together. Been in that situation more than once whether it be a track walking off or a busted belt/idler.
