If you listen to the Democrats, the real culprit is "drunk driving" and not the driver. It's the same argument that they use to try to ban guns, "It's the guns fault, not the person behind it". Nobody is held accountable for anything. It's a wonder that they don't want to sue Ford, the maker of the truck he was driving.
Unless it's a Republican that gets caught doing something ....then all republicans are blamed.
