Hello Dave,

I am planning to hold onto them. If it was a deal breaker for selling the PB170 , then I could realistically let go of one.
I hope is to lay three sets of tracks for start area of classic ski races at my club I groom for.

Ok, not looking for another snowcat, but I am watching out for another tracksetter. BTW, what is the width of your 170? 12ft?

You are correct! 12ft width tracks, 13.5ft blade width.
You have a PB130? and does it have a tiller?

I really don't want to cut the width of this machine down, but with the low snow year I experience here in the PNW this last season. A smaller machine with front blade and tiller would be utilized. My front running machine is a BR400, which is such excellent condition, it concerns me to operate in low snow depth.
I have a PB060 without front blade and 109" Ginzu. I find the Ginzu is challenging to make good product when our snow has high moisture content. Colder and Dryer snow, pretty nice small area grooming.

Thanks for your interest.

The Ginzugroomer does like powder better, but doesn't everything?

Yes, our 130D has a tiller. We also have a compactor (fixed, not a folding one) which is set up with one tracksetter. We need to weld a square tube to the tiller so we can move the tracksetter onto it. And we need a second tracksetter. This will be our first winter with the snowcat, most of our trails are rocky so we need a good base before we can work them. Fingers crossed that we get an early dump.
