We searched over a year to find this excellent example that had beed restored by an enthusiastic in Scotland using the best of parts. We have had it for about 3 years. All the wearables are in great condition - this is as good an example as certainly I have come across. Brass drive sprockets are excellent as are the tracks, body work, flooring, drive belt, chains etc etc.

We repainted the bodywork, reupholstered the seats and added an erbspacher heater - to avoid running the engine all day when stationary - better lighting, reverse lights, yellow piste light and sounder etc. whilst causing not damage to the original vehicle. We also fitted a proper exhaust system.

It is all ready to go, running, serviced and operationally sound. None of the usual parts that get removed have been removed so nothing to search for. Tyres are a little perished but hold air, can be changed or tubed or even filled. However nothing need at present. The great think is that any future p[arts you will need are not the vehicle specific type. Look after it, don't run it day in and day out and you will have an asset that will last a long long time.

As you see, we used it to promote our skis as well as having lots of fun. It has appeared on films, in the press, at events etc etc.

You can see it running here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZYy5twx-2k in some pretty extreme conditions. It has never let us down and is the most capable of vehicles in snow.

Sadly we are not using it much now so cannot justify hanging on to it.

It can be viewed in Perthshire, Scotland. We can deliver it within 50 miles or so but further than that you will need to make arrangements. We will support its careful loading etc. off course and in any other way we can.
