Tucker 442 Axle Housing Vent

When I changed the front diff fluid I was amazed by the amount of water in it and wondered where it came from. Last night I noticed the vent is missing so there is just and open hold. The transfer case and the rear axle have the same vent.

Does anyone know what these are called or where I can find one?

What we do on our 4X4's is tap 1/4" NPT and screw in a barb fitting, then
add some air hose and vent up higher anywhere you like.
This of course is for waterproofing when fording a river, etc.
As it's more of an on snow application a regular vent would do
but the hose set-up is cheap, quick and very tidy.
Also the heating and cooling of the diff will draw in moisture.

I do about the same only add one of those air filters that you put on paint sprayer air line. In-Line Desiccant Filter It stops all mosture but lets dry air in. i located it in the cab so it can be changed when it gets bad.
Every time i changed oil it had water and it was from moisture being drawn it when it cooled.
This is in my bombi
