8 eggs, scrambled
While scrambling, add 3 oz. cream cheese,
2 tablespoons sour cream,
1/4 Burgundy wine,
Top with 2 oz. sharp cheddar,
Hot sauce,
And a pat 'o cream cheese.
No kiddin.......this one..is really very good!
