Default Planting guide

During a great meal with Bobcat this summer I told him that I had this information bookmarked and would find in when thinks settled down.

Well here it is-Vegetable planting guide

Information on how much to plant per person and the yield-it also offers the planting depth and spacing for the plants. A useful guide for all. Adjust for personal tastes and consumptions.

This link has some other vegetables that are not included in the first link. However the amount per person is not listed.
