Any chance of me finding track parts (mainly rollers) new or used for a 1949 tucker 423 or is anyone aware of newer bolt on tracks that will work?

There is a thread by Jeffsno27 in the Adventure & Usage section titled "what's going on at the Tucker factory". If you check on the last page or two they are talking about Tucker now selling new rollers for older Tuckers. Maybe that would work for you.
