Would I eat this burger? No. But would I eat Heston's Soyant Green? Yes.

As matter of fact, it was on the news yesterday that a young go-getter is marketing a powder soy/lentil mix that gives 100 percent nutrition in a single serving ... he calls it Soyant.

For an empty nester, cooking sux. It's work. So yes, give me Soyant Green any day.

As long as it's not made out of ground up people.

Yes, I would try it, if it were free.

If they could make this economically viable, this would be a great source of protein for impoverished countries.
